Hi I am Rakeeza Sheren, from Singapore
I have over 8 years of experience working across digital UX, branding, and marketing.
My design approach is grounded in problem framing, not assumption-driven solutions.

Little bit about me
I design and evolve complex digital products with a focus on clarity, usability, and business impact. With experience across UX, UI, branding, and design leadership, I bring a thoughtful, systems-thinking approach to solving real problems through collaboration.
Outside of work, I enjoy travelling and exploring ideas beyond the screen — experiences that continually shape how I think about people, systems, and design.

What I value as a designer

Start with the problem
I begin by understanding users, systems, and context before jumping into solutions. Research, data, and usability principles guide my decisions — not assumptions or visual preferences
Design for complexity
I work at a systems level, connecting flows, features, and constraints to create experiences that are clear, scalable, and consistent across products.
Work through collaboration
I value curiosity over judgement and communicate design rationale clearly, building trust with product, engineering, and business teams to move decisions forward together.
Keep learning
I’m currently deepening my background in psychology to strengthen how I understand behaviour, communicate intent, and design with greater empathy.
